Structuring the product organization

Experience : 2+ Years
Qualification : Bachelor or master’s degree with Electronics background (EC, CSE, ECE, EEE, IT) OR MBA (marketing)
Technical Skills Required:
Leadership
- Excellent leadership skills to supervise and oversee the entire product organization
- Ensures that initiatives run smoothly across internal teams, customers, and stakeholders.
- Capable of facilitating communication across the company (between engineers, designers, marketers, customer-facing teams, etc.) and preventing organizational silos.
- Act as a supervisor to product leads who are responsible for development, UX, and marketing.
- Should also have extensive experience in managing and mobilizing cross-functional teams.
Strategic product vision
- Responsible for the “why” of the product and what to build next.
- Capable of aligning the company around their overarching vision.
- When it comes to individual features and products, ensure that they are in line with business objectives and make adjustments when necessary.
Sensitivity to customers and users
- Deeply understand the problems, needs, and desires of customers.
- Conducting customer discovery with other members of the product team and building excellent product experiences, identifying proper positioning in the market, and more.
- Capable of making product success even in the most competitive of industries.
An eye for data
- As the leader of the product, the Manager - ACTA-PMT must make objective, data-driven decisions.
- Experiences to define the metrics related to product performance and track them on an ongoing basis.
- Define, Review, Analyse, Control and take responsibility of Revenue and profits
- User activity and engagement within the product Churn rate and retention Analyse quantitative and qualitative data to evaluate whether products or specific features have reached product/market fit.
How your day might look like
- Define and Conceptualize the Products
- Define new functions and features in the products
- Define Product Roadmaps and bringing new technologies into the products
- Induct innovative features and functions in the product
- Draft Technical, functional and non-functional requirements of the products
- Decide backlog priorities based on business needs and loading for R&D development
- Guide cross functional project team to achieve Project Goals
- Experience in working with product development team (Software and Hardware)
- Can define marketing and sales strategy
- Help Sales & Marketing team on product positioning and pricing
- Conduct product launch session to partners
- Work directly with large and very large Sis/Customer on turnkey projects
- Familiar with VOC and deciding business priority based on QFD
- Familiar with R&D development processes (Agile, SCRUM)
- Manage LCV, ROI, P&L of the products.
